Complaint Cell

The SWC takes action on complaints submitted to commission in written form by women. Factual reports from concerned authority from local bodies are taken and according to the situation of cases, directives are sent to the law enforcement machinery or administrative authority to provide relief and justice to the women.On the basis of nature of cases received by Commission. Cases are also dealt directly by Commission through personal hearing by calling both the parties of case in the Commission. In family matters Commission tries to solve the family disputes by Counseling. All the procedure of prosecution or counseling is adopted to provide relief to the women.
